Stock per godown in weight and pieces or bags, transfers and counts. Freight and loading with a ledger for every transporter.
Reports and day close
Day book, sales and purchase registers, aging, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet — print, PDF or Excel. Close each day with a cash count.
Every truck, with its profit
A truck from the mill straight to the buyer: the mill’s weight and rate, the buyer’s kanta weight and rate, freight and vehicle — and the profit on that truck and per ton. The buyer’s invoice never shows the mill rate.
Bills on kanta weight, with freight
Pieces, theoretical weight and kanta weight on every steel line, the difference shown. Freight and loading on the bill, vehicle and kanta slip, a cheque received on the spot. Print on A4, half page or thermal, or send the PDF on WhatsApp.
Today’s rates on one screen
Update the sale and purchase rates of every size and brand in one go. New bills pick up today’s rate, old bills keep theirs, and the sale rate list goes out on WhatsApp.
Party khata, always up to date
Bills, truck deals, cash and cheques land in the party’s khata with a running balance. Print the statement for any dates, or share it on PDF or WhatsApp.
Cheques and PDC under control
Every cheque you receive or issue, with its due date: in hand, deposited, cleared, bounced or endorsed to the mill. A post-dated cheque can’t be cleared before its date.

Can I sign up myself?+
No. Each business gets its own setup from Zevox Solutions. Message us on WhatsApp for a demo and we set it up with your data.
Does it bill on kanta weight?+
Yes. A steel bill can use the kanta weight or the theoretical weight of the pieces (your setting), in kg, ton or maund, and shows the difference.
Can my salesman see purchase rates?+
Not unless you allow it. Owner, manager, salesman, godown keeper and accountant each have their own login, and you decide what each role may see and do.
Does it work without internet?+
No, saving needs the internet. The phone app can show saved data offline. Every change is kept on our server and backed up every night.
Is there a Windows or Android app?+
Yes, both exist and are given on request: the Windows app prints straight to A4 and thermal printers, and the Android app is for the owner, salesman and godown keeper.
What does it cost?+
